Job Duties:

- Establishing and managing sales representatives in the responsible regions

- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

- Meet sales targets in the responsible regions

- Evaluating and qualifying new prospects in broad industry sectors

- Reporting sales activities in detail to the headquarters

- Be a bridge between the support team and the customers for in-time and in-depth support

- Get familiar with NetPower products and common application considerations

- Sales campaigns in the responsible regions

- Collect market trends and customer feedbacks and promptly report to the headquarters

- Collect and feedback to the headquarters information on competitors’ products and their business directions.

- Analyze orders and forecasts in the responsible regions and take prompt actions to secure the business growth

- Minimum 10 years of field sales experience in power conversion related products , experience in selling dc/dc converters preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of recent sales experience in Southern California power supply market with focus on industrial and military applications

- Knowledge on the application of power conversion products
